Baltic Compliance Partners was founded to close a specific gap: businesses and their trading partners often need an independent, timely view of operational and documentary compliance that goes beyond the fixed cycle of formal certification audits.
We are a team of experienced auditors and controlling specialists working across the food, industrial and logistics sectors. We conduct on-site audits, documentation reviews and supplier assessments on behalf of companies and their business partners, evaluating compliance against IFS, BRCGS, HACCP and other applicable, GFSI-oriented standards.
We are based in Gdańsk, Poland, and our engagements cover clients and supply relationships across Central and Northern Europe.
Our role, stated plainly
Baltic Compliance Partners is not an accredited certification body. We do not operate under a scheme owner's certification licence, and we do not issue official certificates under IFS, BRCGS, HACCP or any other GFSI-recognised scheme. We perform independent audits and compliance reviews and confirm compliance status within the scope of our engagement. Formal certification remains the exclusive responsibility of accredited certification bodies, and our services do not replace it.

Our headquarters are in Gdańsk, giving us direct access to major Baltic Sea trade and logistics corridors. From there, our auditors travel to production sites, warehouses and service locations across Poland, Germany, and neighbouring markets to conduct on-site assessments.
Many of our clients are international trading houses and processors whose suppliers and service providers operate across several countries. We coordinate multi-site and multi-country audit programmes so that findings remain consistent and comparable, wherever the engagement takes place.
