Independent Audits · Poland & Central Europe

Independent audits and compliance reviews for businesses that cannot afford uncertainty.

Baltic Compliance Partners examines operational processes, hygiene systems, documentation and internal procedures against IFS, BRCGS, HACCP and other GFSI-oriented standards — giving trading houses, processors and their business partners a factual, professionally documented view of compliance status.

Please note: Baltic Compliance Partners is an independent audit and controlling firm. We are not an accredited certification body and do not issue official certificates. Our audits confirm compliance status within the scope of the engagement and do not replace certification by an accredited certification body.

What we do

An independent, factual view of operational compliance — before, alongside, or after certification.

Trading partners, buyers and business relationships increasingly require confidence that a supplier's processes, hygiene systems and documentation genuinely meet the requirements of relevant standards. Baltic Compliance Partners provides that confidence through structured, on-site audits and documentation reviews carried out by experienced auditors.

We assess compliance status against the criteria of IFS, BRCGS, HACCP and other applicable, GFSI-oriented frameworks. Our findings are documented in structured reports that your organisation, your customers, or your business partners can rely on for informed decisions.

What we are not: Baltic Compliance Partners is not an accredited certification body. We do not audit against a scheme owner's licence, we do not issue official certificates, and our reports never replace certification issued by an accredited certification body. We are a controlling and audit partner that operates independently of, and prior or parallel to, formal certification.

Standards we audit against

IFS, BRCGS, HACCP and other GFSI-oriented frameworks — explained factually.

We assess operational and documentary compliance against the requirements of internationally recognised standards, including IFS, BRCGS and HACCP, as well as other applicable frameworks relevant to your sector.

Our role is to audit against these requirements and to report on compliance status. Formal certification under any of these schemes remains the exclusive role of accredited certification bodies. We clearly distinguish our audit and controlling services from that certification process at every stage of an engagement.
